Every time Lady Gaga comes to town, Cleveland Monsters go all out. It’s a time to dress up in costume, make a statement, and celebrate everything that is Gaga. If you don’t believe me, check out the outfits we saw at last night’s concert. Some people are so creative! I was so proud to see Cleveland represent.
