Cleveland’s favorite DJ Steph Floss and his Eighty81 crew will be celebrating his birthday this Friday March, 5th at Dream Nightclub. Also, Eighty81 will be bringing a special guess out, DJ Lissa Monet from Toronto to let Floss enjoy his party. I know I won’t miss this, so Cleveland lets party hard for the homie DJ Steph Floss.

The Cleveland Institute of Art opened its Student Independent Exhibition on Friday February 26th. The gallery show is organized and curated entirely by students as an opportunity for all majors to showcase their talent, creativity and passion in media ranging from paintings to sculpture to video work.

Cleveland, Washington, and the Los Angeles Clippers pulled off a three-team deal on Wednesday that sends Antawn Jamison to the Cavaliers as LeBron James‘ new sidekick, instead of Amare Stoudemire.

Cleveland sends Zydrunas Ilgauskas and his expiring $11.5 million contract to Washington. Washington also gets a 2010 first-round draft pick from Cleveland along with the rights to Emir Preldzic, who was selected in the second round of last year’s draft.

The Wizards receive Al Thornton from the Clippers, with L.A. getting forward Drew Gooden, whom Washington acquired in last week’s trade with Dallas.

Besides Jamison, Cleveland will also acquire Clippers guard Sebastian Telfair. I believe this a great deal for Cleveland, do you?

This is one high school division basketball game that I would not miss if I were you.  Friday February 19th, senior #22 Cameron Wright and his 14-3 Benedictine High School go against Akron’s 10-4 St. Vincent-St. Mary.

Cameron puts on a must see show with dunks, fancy ball handling skills, and  averaging 21 points, 7 rebounds, and 5 assist per game. With help from #32 guard Derek Jackson and #10 forward Nick Harney I believe they will beat Akron’s former Irish Lebron James high school team St. Vincent-St. Mary. Any bets?

100 Words and Running is a new mixtape hosted by DJ EV and Mr. Peter Parker featuring Cleveland’s own Machine Gun Kelly. It was officially released on February 11, 2010. You can download the mixtape from livemixtapes.com.

Machine Gun Kelly and I have been friends since our days at Shaker High School. My opinion is that the mixtape is crazy, but obviously I am a bit bias. I really want to know what you think. Whether it is positive or negative, honest feedback only makes artists better.
